During 2008 the organization began collecting comparability data for the executive director position and began the process of drafting the job description. During 2009 an executive director was hired. The organization will perform periodic reviews that will include whether compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable, based on competent survey information, and the result of arm's length bargaining.”
