IN ADDITION, RESEARCH AND PREPARATORY WORK HAVE BEEN COMPLETED SO THAT COMMITMENTS COULD BE MADE FOR FUTURE PROJECTS AND WORK TOTALING 1,125,185 WHICH WILL BE PAID WHEN THE PROJECTS ARE READY FOR LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION. THE LARGEST OF THESE PROJECTS IS THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ARBORETUM WHICH WILL BE OWNED BY THE CITY OF BURLINGTON. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THESE FUNDS WILL BE EXPENDED PRIOR TO THE END OF CALENDAR 2019.
