Board of Directors and as an ex-officio member on the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., and Hillcrest Washington Youth Home, Inc. (b) Article III, Section 2. Restated Language - An individual may serve up to two (2) consecutive years as Chairperson and no more than six (6) consecutive years as an officer and may be re-eligible for election as Chairperson after a minimum two (2) year break in service and as Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, or Secretary after a minimum one (1) year break in service.
