“Lost and Found Pharmacy purchased pharmaceuticals from accredited pharmaceutical wholesalers, prinicpally Value Drug Corporation totaling $2,548,319.48.”

“Changes are accounted in changes in inventory. Lost and Found Pharmacy has continued to dispense very high priced items such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Trulicity which cost approximately $1,000 per box and demand has continued to increase causing more higher priced inventory to be kept on hand. Yet, the pharmacy still does not receive proper reimbursement for the products. These negative reimbursements along with Increased DIR/MAC fees from PBMs resulted in financial loss for the year.”
