“The board of directors is the governing and policy-making body of camps subject only to the limitations and expectations provided for in articles of incorporation and bylaws. Members must be notified of proposed amendments to the bylaws and changes to the board of directors. They also have rights as provided by state law in the washington nonprofit corporation act.”
