Our philosphy is to live and let live. Residents can live in a community setting that is safe, secure and allows each tenant to have privacy without regard to an individuals ability to pay. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible, and when assistance is requested or needed, our staff will be there to provide it. We provide specific personalized needs including the physical, social, spritual, psychological and safety aspects, each of which we strive daily to satisfy. The staff provides and coordinates access to 24 hours/7 days a week supervision, three meals a day, buffet style in a group dining room, and a range of services that promote quality of life and independence.

Our philosphy is to live and let live. Residents can live in a community setting that is safe, secure and allows each tenant to have privacy without regard to an individuals ability to pay. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible, and when assistance is requested or needed, our staff will be there to provide it. We provide specific personalized needs including the physical, social, spritual, psychological and safety aspects, each of which we strive daily to satisfy. The staff provides and coordinates access to 24 hours/7 days a week supervision, three meals a day, buffet style in a group dining room, and a range of services that promote quality of life and independence.

To provide assited living facility services in a safe community setting for residents regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference or ability to pay.

Assisted living facility provides services for up to 36 residents including personal care: assistance with bathing, shaving, shampooing, dressing and undressing, getting up or getting into bed; medical assistance: help with self-administration of medication and medication reminders, setting up pill caddies, teaching on medication administration; activities and exercise programs; planned community activities, parties, religious services, and exercise programs; laundry and linen service; assistance with washing, drying, folding and putting away laundry.

Federal, state and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2017.

WHERE APPROPRIATE, THE BOARD REVIEWS EXTERNAL COMPARABLE DATA AND SEEKS ADVICE OF EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS WHEN DEEMED NECESSARY TO ENSURE TOTAL COMPENSATION OF THESE INDIVIDUALS IS REASONABLE AND REFLECTS FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR BASE SALARY, BONUS STRUCTURE, AND MEDICAL BENEFITS. THE BONUS STRUCTURE IS BASED ON COMPLETION OF THE ORGANIZATION'S AND THEIR RELATED ENTITIES MISSION ESPECIALLY AS IT RELATES TO QUALITY OF CARE FOR THE RESIDENT NO MATTER THE PERSON'S AGE, ETHNICITY, RELIGION, SEXUAL PREFERENCE OR ABILITY TO PAY. THIS IS MEASURED BY SUCH CRITERIA AS FEDERAL AND STATE SURVEY RESULTS AND THE NUMBER SUBSTANTIATED AND UNSUBSTANTIATED COMPLAINTS AS WELL AS OTHER BOTH SUBJECTIVE AND OBJECTIVE CRITERIA AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES DEEMS APPROPRIATE TO USE AS CIRCUMSTANCES DICTATE. SENIOR MANAGEMENT IS EMPLOYED BY THE GENERAL BAPTIST NURSING HOME BOARD INC. WHICH IS THE TAX-EXEMPT PARENT OF SEVEN RELATED TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS ALL OF WHICH PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS ON A NON-DISCRIMINATORY BASIS WITHOUT REGARD TO AN INDIVIDUAL'S ABILITY TO PAY. THESE ENTITIES WORK TOGETHER TO DELIVER HIGH QUALITY HEALTHCARE AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THEY ARE SITUATED.
