75 spruce qualifies as a tax exempt organization under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code and has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under section 509 (a). Management evaluated the agency's tax positions and concluded that the agency had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. The agency files income tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction. With few exceptions, the agency is not subject to income tax examinations by the u.s.
