“Cornerstone family ministries bylaws include a conflict of interest policy which requires each board member to sign annually. During the board of directors monthly meetings, the board reviews the bylaws, ministry activity and expenditures. Any conflicts of interests are also discussed during the monthly meetings. During the executive director's annual performance review by the board of directors, market based salary comparables are obtained to verify reasonableness of compensation for similar positions. Except for the executive director, no other officers of directos are compensated.”

“Other program services 4: first fridays: first fridays provides an opportunity for our younger students to experience fellowship, fund and biblical truths while simultaneously providing a safe place for kids to go on a friday night in hopes that their parents would use the evening to spend quality time with their spouse or family and friends. Other program services 5: snapshots: this will serve as an introduction to the basics of photography as a nice onramp for kids to measure their level of interest in photography and videography. The hope would be that there would be a handful of kids who were interested in continuing to learn and would get plugged in each summer to the luminary summer internship other program services 6: bus ministry: cornerstone's bus service is at the heart of entrepreneurship by extending ways to allow partner ministries to get involved when they dont have transportation.”
