The process for determining the president's and the cfo's compensation were performed by the trustees in assistance with the foundation's attorney and thier outside accountant through comparability data studies for similar organizations and determined a fair and conservative salary. The president and the cfo have a signed contract which are documented in the board minutes.”

“Internal community programs residents of all our centers participate in daily group activities that foster spiritual growth and deepen our sense of family and community. It is through our life experiences and circumstances that louix teaches us to master the art of self-inquiry, and to understand and master the laws of cause and effect. Thus, the experiences of our daily lives are a crucial part of our training. In addition to our daily activities, there are weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual programs that serve to uplift, inspire, and move us into deeper union with each other and assist us in attaining greater self-mastery. Daily programs morning meditation: residents and those closely associated with the ashram gather at one of the ashram homes from 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. (6 days per week as a community, private meditations on sunday). Daily service (seva): throughout the day, various forms of volunteer service are performed by all members of the community and those closely associated with the ashram. This service includes many administrative tasks, domestic duties, and maintenance of the ashram grounds and facilities. Weekly programs saturday morning puja: residents gather at 7:30 a.m. For a one-hour puja (ceremony) and meditation. Community meals: although residents of the community frequently eat together, once, or twice a month the entire community gathers for an evening meal. Louix attends many of these and will often deliver discourses and/or offer guidance/counsel to the many residents and guests in attendance. Monthly programs disciple training: this is a unique opportunity (by invitation only) for those in louix's most accelerated training program to receive direct guidance and tendering from the master in an intimate setting where he can address and assist ones to move into greater mastery in all areas of their lives. It also often includes devotional singing and sacred ceremonies. These are held monthly on zoom with all of the foundation's ashrams, centers, and students around the globe. This has provided a much more interactive experience for all the students worldwide. Annual programs with minor differences, the foundation's centers observe a variety of holidays and holy days throughout the year. This year our ceremonies and celebrations included the following: autumn equinox, winter solstice, three-day celebration of louix dor dempriey's birthday, new year's eve, all hallows eve, the divine romance, anniversary of louix's enlightenment, celebration of spring/easter, christmas, 4th of july, guru purnima, prayer circles, devotional/ecstatic singing. Other community activities throughout the year, the various foundation communities practice pranayama, a sacred breathing exercise louix teaches for moving into higher states of consciousness. In addition, communities sometimes gather for a movie night, with louix offering powerful insights about the films being screened. Products produced no new products were released this fiscal year. Instead, our primary focus has continued in the vein of widening our global audience by broadcasting our events online as well as growing our social media outreach. We also continued development of louixtv, a membership-based website which is used for new content and to give members free and/or paid access to louix's vast library of teachings. Foundation purchases the financial support of many people, through both tithing and donations, has helped us to purchase some much-needed equipment. This year we purchased miscellaneous audio and video equipment to make our broadcast and event recordings run more smoothly and efficiently. Pr and marketing throughout the year, the foundation produced flyers to advertise events with louix, as well as purchased online e-blast advertising prior to events. We have also utilized facebook and instagram advertising to increase our fans and followers online, as well as to advertise events. We also launched our blue sky account this year.”
