Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The organization adopted the provisions of financial accounting standards board (fasb) accounting standards codification (asc) 740-10, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Fasb asc 740-10 provides guidance for recognizing and measuring tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return that directly or indirectly affect amounts reported in the financial statements. The effect of adopting fasb asc 740-10 did not have an impact on the organization's financial statements. As of june 30, 2019, the entity did not have any material uncertain tax positions.
