“2016 was another great year of ministry for first priority global. We sent teams to malawi and togo as we continue to develop new partnerships and explore new opportunities for ministry around the world. Our global staff/response team stayed the same in 2016 but we are continuing to interview others as potential continental representatives and global trainers. We continue to develop our first priority kids model to help expand our reach into the 3rd - 5th grades, developing resources and online training. We have been able to pilot this model in a community in kenya and have seen initial success. In 2016, we finished rewriting and finalizing our new teen resources that are more culturally relevant to the ministry partners we work with around the world. We have been redefining our organization to be more successful in serving the global partners we work with as they launch first priority in their communities. In 2016 first priority global became a member of the global youth coalition and have been strategically meeting to collaborate ministry efforts to have a greater positive impact on the young people of the world. Finally, our first priority team worked on developing and expanding our ministry partner relationships in each country and in the usa to be able to address more variety of needs in the communities we now serve and those we will serve in the future.”
