“On september 25, 2013 cambridge energy alliance, inc. Entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell its forward capacity market resources to conservation services group, inc. (a massachusetts nonprofit corporation). The terms of the agreements provide for the sales price to be paid by monthly payments from october 2013 through may 2014, as iso new england makes payments to conservation services group, inc. For cea's energy savings allotments under the iso contract. The sales price is estimated at a discounted value of approximately $219,770. All proceeds, net of costs to wind down the organization will be turned over to the lenders in satisfaction of the unpaid loan balances pursuant to an "agreement regarding termination of loan documents." currently, cea is diligently pursuing the final wrap-up of its affairs and will then proceed to effect final reports and filings with regulatory agencies.”
