Fellows helped streamline city services and operations and develop new city programs. Among other accomplishments, Fellows maintained and refined the Department of Public Works compstat-style dashboard to help ensure DPW services were provided as quickly and efficiently as possible helped project manage the urban watershed development assisted in the development of strategic plans and communications plans for multiple city agencies helped public health and public safety agencies evaluate the cost-effectiveness of their services and programs, and much more. Each Fellow received over 300 hours of training in City Hall Fellows proprietary training program and was matched with multiple mentors. Fellows shared what they learned with the community through blog posts and public presentations. |
