After any corrections and/or modifications are made, the Fiscal Officer prepares the final tax return, which the President reviews, signs, and files with the Internal Revenue Service.”

“All members are required to read and comply with the conflict of interest policy annually by disclosing conflicts upon presentation of the policy during regular meetings of members conducted by the Board of Directors.”

“Governing documents, conflict of interest policy, internal financial statements, and tax returns are made available to the general public upon request.”
