“The governing board is composed of representatives from the southwest six counties. Southwest behavioral health management, inc. Was created for the member counties and in the event of its dissolution, all of its assets would revert to the member counties.”

All management and executive compensation adheres strictly to the pay scale. Board of directors personnel committee provides direct oversight of the pay scale and benefits package. The pay scale, pay rules and the specific compensation, including the ceo's compensation is reviewed and approved annually by the board personnel committee and voted on by the full board.”
