The organization has a committee that assumes responsibility for the oversight of the audit and selection of an independent accountant. This process has not changed from the prior year.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is subject to potential examination by the internal revenue service and various state taxing authorities. However, the organization is not currently under audit nor has the organization been contacted by any of these jurisdictions. Management believes the organization is no longer subject to tax examination for years prior to 2021. The organization has evaluated its tax positions for all open tax years and management believes all material tax positions taken would be upheld under examination. Therefore, no provision for the effects of uncertain tax positions has been recorded for the years ended december 31, 2024 and 2023. If assessed, the organization classifies any interest and penalties recognized with a tax position as expenses.
