The organization previously provided rehabilitation services in addition to the affordable housing offered to the people with needs targeted by the organization's mission. In a prior year, the organization's funding contracts had been cancelled. The organization continues to provide housing to individuals with targeted needs.

Form 990, Part XI, Line 9

Book / tax depreciation difference 1 total 1 a prior period adjustment has been recorded to opening equity to account for two matters primarily. (1) the amount reported on the 2014 form 990 as due to supportive services, a related party, was overstated by 118,493. (2) certain fixed asset and accumulated depreciation amounts were removed from the balance sheet as these costs had pertained to properties that had been sold in a previous tax year. The net adjustment for this item was 12,803. The nature of the matters identified did not result in an omission of a required disclosure on the originally filed returns.
