“Effective july 2017, psbr contracted leach policy management llc (lpm) to provide association management services, with a focus on membership services and development. Services provided by lpm include oversight and execution of the day-to-day operations of psbr and fulfilling the necessary management and operational functions as per the objectives and goals laid out by the board of directors. Thomas leach is employed by lpm; he is included on the listing in part vii, section a, line 1a, identified as an officer by the nature of his role as top management official (job title of acting executive director).”
