Effective january 1, 2022, all employees of the housing authority of the county of lebanon (authority) and the redevelopment authority of the county of lebanon (redevelopment authority) were transferred to brick property services, llc, an entity disregarded as separate. Brick property services, llc also became the management agent for certain entities that were previously managed by the authority and the redevelopment authority. In addition, brick property services, inc., functioning as the management agent for the authority, became the administrator of several grants for the county of lebanon.
