In the odd years, the odd numbered regions and one at large rep are elected and on the even years, the even numbered regions and the other at large rep are elected. If the members sends back a signed consent and willingness to serve form, they will appear on the ballot in their region and/or at large, their choice.The ballots are sent to the entire membership and they vote for their region (if up for election that year) and at large. The ballots are counted by 2 members who are not running and not on the board at the Leadership conference.Terms are 2 years.”
