Powers reserved exclusively to the Board of Members includes decisions involving policies related to the mission of Three Rivers Commons, Inc., amending articles of incorporation and by-laws, determining the distribution of assets of the corporation upon dissolution, real estate transactions, long-term leases, debt, and participation in legal actions.
