“The internal revenue service has determined that the organization is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code and is not a private foundation. No income tax is incurred unless the network earns income considered to be unrelated business income. No provision for income taxes has been made in the accompanying financial statements. The network believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positiions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements.the organizations federal tax returns for years 2017, 2016, and 2015 are subject to examination by the internal revenue service for three years from the date they were filed.”
