The forms and schedules are then filed electronically with the irs by the college's independent auditors.”
“The college's officers and trustees must submit a questionnaire each year by august 31st to the chair of the governance committee of the board of trustees regarding potential conflicts of interest.”
“The vice president for business and finance provides the president of the college with a list of current compensation for all officers and at times will include compensation survey information for comparable colleges and universities. The president then reviews this information and makes compensation recommendations for the eight vice presidents to the executive committee.
