“The executive committee shall have all the powers and exercise all of the authority of the board of trustees, except as may be specially limited by the board of trustees or otherwise restricted by law.”

Therefore, any unreturned forms are followed up on. The conflict of interest statements are reviewed by the cfo for any potential conflicts. Any issues discovered are brought to the attention of the audit committee.”

“The compensation committee, which is a subcommittee of the board, meets periodically to set the compensation of the president and music director. The committee uses comparable data from other orchestras as well as other local non-profit organizations to determine compensation.”

“Three years of audited financial statements are available to the public via the organization's website. The conflict of interest policy and governing documents are available upon request.”
