Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The library is a not-for-profit corporation exempt from income taxes as described in section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code. No provisions for federal or state income taxes is required. In accordance with the financial accounting standards board guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, management evaluated the library's tax positions and concluded that the library had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. With few exceptions, the library is no longer subject to income tax examinations by federal, state or local tax authorities for years before december 31, 2015.
