“Membership is granted once an application has been accepted and approved by the membership committee and members. A member is entitled to access to the facility, the social room, social activities, regularly scheduled membership meetings. A member is entitled to vote on matters proposed at special and regular member meetings. Members can rent the hall for functions.”

“Any member who has paid the annual dues and is otherwise in good standing with the FOE is eligible to nominate for membership a man or woman of who seeks membership.”
