To provide low-cost housing in the rural community under the guidance of the USDA Rural Development Rural Housing Service to persons eligible based upon age and income requirements. Rental assistance in addition to tenants rents is received from Rural Housing Services and the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development HUD.
