Mission

To provide affordable housing in the 11 brick apartment buildings, with access to all apartments by walkway. The housing project was completed in 1975, with 40% of the units fully government supported. The other units are provided at very reasonable rental rates. The buildings are situated on 12 acres of gentle rolling hills for access without climbing.

The mission of the organization is to provide affordable, quality government subsidized housing for senior citizens and disabled persons.

Officers and board members disclose any possible conflicts of interest by the fact that the board reviews all income and expenses of leisure acres each month. The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting held at 10:00am on the 3rd wednesday of each month with cottingham property management co. Any questions are answered and explained at the meeting or researched and answered at the next monthly meeting. Any deferred questions are noted in the monthly board minutes.
