Footnote for uncertain tax position under FIN 48 (Part X)

Part x, line 2: no provision is made for income taxes as the corporation qualifies for tax-exempt status under internal revenue code 501(c)(4). The corporation annually prepares a form 990. Federal and state tax authorities generally have the right to examine and audit the previous three years of tax returns filed.
