The Board contracted with Elite Property Management Services of Indiana, Inc to perform accounting and management oversight services. The Board was still involved in day-to-day decisions in regards to the Association's affairs.

The Form 990 is prepared by an independent certified public accounting firm. The return is then reviewed by the management company. After any necessary changes, a draft of the Form 990 is provided to the Board members for review. Any changes or discussions are presented to the management company. The management company approves the completion of the return.
