The organization is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501c3 of the internal revenue code. The organization is, however, subject to tax on business income unrelated to the organizations exempt purpose. No provision for income taxes is reflected in the accompanying financial statements for the years ended june 30, 2021 and 2020, since the organization has no taxable income from unrelated business activities. The organizations informational filings are subject to audit by the internal revenue service, generally for three years after filing.
