Mission

To provide low-income senior citizens and handicapped housing. The riese projects inc provides 201 units, with one of the units occupied by the superintendent.

The project is a 201 unit apartment project for the elderly located in paterson, nj. The project is operated under section 236 of the national housing act and regulated by the new jersey housing mortgage and finance agency (njhmfa) and the u.s. Department of housing and urban development (hud) with respect to rental charges and operating methods.

The day to day operation of the projects is contracted to the raymond p. Marzulli company, inc., a professional real estate management company.

Members of the corporation may be any citizen of the united state of majority age, interested in the extension of the objectives of the corporation, who has duly executed and filed an application for membership which has been approved by majority vote of the board of directors, shall be considered a voting member of the general membership of the corporation.
