“The organization has annual individual/ family & life members individual & family category.”

“The general body elects the board at large which is 16 member board while the board of directors elect the executive committee which constitutes the president, vice president, secretary,treasurer and the immediate past president.”

“The executive board is constituted of 5 directors- president, past president, vice president, secretary & treasurer. The draft financials are presented to the eb & approved. The tax return form 990 is prepared & thereafter presented at the board meeting before mailing it out to the irs.”

“No part of the net earnings of this entity, shall inure to the benefit of or be distributable to its members, trustees or officers or other private persons, except that the entity shall be authorized and empowered with the approval of the majority of the board of directors, to reimburse any reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes of this entity. An icc board member shall declare in advance and abstain from participating in deliberations whenever there is a conflict of interest. An icc board of director will not be on the board of any other organization whose interests compete or clash with those of icc”
