To promote the science of Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths) study, in all its branches, to further the scientifically sound and progressive study of Lepidoptera, to publish periodicals and other related publications on Lepidoptera.

“All tax forms, check register and yearly income summaries in detail are emailed to each member of the executive council prior to filing. A vote is called and taken to approve via groupo and individual email, as the volunteer members of the executive council are spread nationally and internationally. At the yearly meeting (except during the pandemic) hard copies are available to al executive council members, the year is reviewed and copies are made available to all members.”
