Management of the home along with management of the assisted living program will review the form 990. Once reviewed it willbe reviewed by the board of directors. Any questions or comments will be forwarded to management.

The organization has adopted a conflict of interest policy that expressly applies to all trustees, directors and officers and requires each trustee, director and officer to certify on an annual basis that he or she has disclosed all interests from which a conflict of interest might arise. The chairman of the board is notified of any conflicts and the conflicted individuals appropriately recuse themselves from discussions and voting on mattersof which they have a conflict of interest.
