The squad has implemented the accounting requirements associated with uncertainty in income taxes using the provisions of fasb asc 740. As of year-end, the squad had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Additionally, the squad had no interest and penalties related to income taxes. Tax years ended december 31, 2016 through june 30, 2019 are open for examination by taxing authorities.
