“Amended the bylaws to allow a member of the board of trustees to be granted additional terms beyond 3 consecutive 4 year terms contingent upon approval of the executive committee and a simple majority vote from the board of trustees. Removed executive director and hsitorian from definition of officers. Added that a staff member at director level or higher delegated by the president can appear on all contracts. Amended the executive committee composition to add other active board members may serve. Added to permanently establised committees to include the appointment of a representative to oversee the corporation's international committee of represntatives and regional council system.”
