“ITechLaw utilizes the services of a management firm, MCI USA ("MCI") to manage the organization on a day-to-day basis. Management fees represent amounts paid to MCI under the terms of an agreement for management services including all staff resources; delivery of ITechLaw's programs, services, events, and website; provides for office space, equipment, and other resources needed to manage the day-to-day operations. Management fees totaled $493,812 for the year ended June 30, 2019. The Assocation's Managing Director is an employee of and was compensated by MCI.”

“ITechLaw has dues paying members.”

“Regular members vote to elect the members of the Board of Directors, who in turn elect the officers.”

“Regular Members in good standing shall have the right to vote on the affairs of the Association, and each such Member shall have one vote. Regular Members may vote only on the election and removal of Directors, and on such other matters as may otherwise be required by law, or provided under these Bylaws or the Certificate of Incorporation of the Association. All other voting rights shall be vested in the Board of Directors of the Association.”

“The management company and the President review the Form 990 before it is filed with the IRS.”
