“An executive committee of the board of directors shall be established to conduct the business of the corporation between plenary sessions of the board and to provide supervision and support for the executive director in carrying out the mission and functions of the organization. Actions of the executive committee are subject to review at regular plenary sessions of the board of directors. The membership of the executive committee shall consist of the current officers of the corporation, the immediate past president, the executive director; and any additional members, if necessary, to ensure that a majority of the member organizations paying the maximum dues are represented on the executive committee.”
