“The executive board members review a draft of the form 990. Any revisions are discussed and corrected by the tax preparer. The final form is then received by the board president who is responsible for verifying the changes, signing the form, and filing the form in a timely manner.”

“The governing documents and financial statements of the organization are available upon request.”

“The general powers of the organization consist of a board of directors. The number of directors shall be unlimited and the term of office for each director shall be perpetual or until resignation or termination. The board of directors elects a 9-member executive committee to manage the affairs of the organization. The executive committee shall have and exercise the authority of the board of directors, except for amending the by-laws and relieving any individual board director. The term of office for each executive committee member shall be three years, staggered.”

“Other program services 4: time for christ medical ministries organizes and sends teams to foreign countries each year. Working under the authority of properly licensed foreign medical doctors, the medical ministries has developed a full clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, x-ray, pre-op, surgery, post-op, dental, children's art and handy work classes, and kitchen. All services are provided free to the patients. An evangelistic team ensures there is a spiritual need in the area. Other program services 5: barabbas ministries provides transitional needs and training for inmates released from incarceration. The inmates are deinstitutionalized through christ-centered discipleship and the teaching of basic life skills built around the gospel of jesus christ. Biblical and secular instruction in employment and career training curtails employment barriers. Volunteers assist the families in being prepared for the release of a family member from incarceration and teach relapse prevention. Barabbas ministries assists in locating housing opportunities in safe, clean residential areas with timely access to public transportation and participating churches. Volunteers work with groups of approximately 56 inmates every 90 days. Other program services 6: time for christ uganda ministries is working with the local program of africa renewal ministries as well as the luzira community church in uganda, africa to provide school supplies, clothes, and shoes for children to attend the luzira community school. The missionary also teaches bible school at the luzira community school. Other program services 7: time for christ global uses medical teaching and patient care as a platform to build loving and trusting relationships with new friends in the third world to begin to share the gospel of jesus christ.”
