The board members receive the completed form 990 to review. Any questions are submitted to the president and the executive director. Once questions are adequately addressed, the board members approve form 990. The form is then signed and submitted to the irs.

A written policy exists for conflict of interest and is acknowledged and signed by all board members and officers. Board members are excluded from obtaining employment as an employee or officer. This includes all family members related to board members.

The executive director's compensation is determined by board members who are unrelated in all respects to the executive director. Employees' salaries are reviewed annually by the executive director. The executive director is the only officer receiving compensation. There are no key employees receiving compensation.
