“Section 4a - nomination and election a nominating committee for candidates to the board of directors shall be appointed by the president and shall present a list of nominees to the board of directors at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the election. Nominees shall be active, eligible honorary, or life members in good standing. Nominations from the floor at the time of elections are allowed. Section 4b - balloting procedures on an individual ballot, members may cast the number of votes equal to the number of positions to be filled. Cumulative voting is not permitted. Directors are elected by a plurality of the votes cast by the members entitled to vote in the election.”
