“KGT has three classes of membership: Active Members, Associate Members, and Invited Members. The Board may waive any condition of membership as determined in the Board's discretion. Active Members: Any parent(s), guardian(s), or sponsor(s) having a child on the competitive team(s) and who are current in their membership fees as defined in the team handbook will become an Active Member. Associate Members: Any parent(s), guardian(s), or sponsor(s) having a child enrolled in regularly occurring scheduled gymnastics instruction classes provided by KGT, including recreational classes, and who are current in their membership fees as defined in the KGT Recreational Team Parent Agreement will become an Associate Member. An Associate Member will not be entitled to all the rights of an Active Member under these Bylaws but will be placed on the membership mailing list of KGT and be eligible to serve as a Director of KGT. Invited Members. Any person, other than an Active Member, Associate Member or an employee may become an Invited Member by invitation of the Board.”

“KGT's Board of Directors review and approve the Form 990 prior to its filing..”

“The Board of Directors review conflict of interest policies, disclose any conflicts and submit a signed acknowledgement of the conflict of interest policies.”

“Compensation levels are discussed, reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Compensation amounts for the top management official and other key employees are based on market data provided by a human resource consultant for similar position responsibilities in comparable sized organizations.”

“KGT makes its governing documents and financial statements available upon request to the Board of Directors.”
