The organization has contracted with elderly housing management (ehm) to provide property management services for the apartment building. All employees are employees of ehm. Salaries on the 990 represent reimbursements to ehm for employees who work on-site at the organization's apartment facility. Ehm provides all management, accounting, and maintenance services related to the property.
