The project entered into a contract with an independent management company which handles the operation of the building, all building related services, all tenant needs and services, as well as all legal, financial and other matters. All salaries are paid through this independent management company which files all related payroll tax returns.

The project distributes a draft copy of the irs form 990 to its board members to review; who then are provided an opportunity to make comments or inquiries. Appropriate responses are given to their satisfaction. The board approves the filing of the form at a meeting held prior to its due date.
