The policy is distributed annualy with instructions, indicating what the employee/board member must do to disclose conflict of interest

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15

The human resource commitee of the board of directors conducts an annual evaluation of the chief executive officer. The evaluation consists of organizational goals and objectives, which becomes the ceo's goals for his performance evaluation. The annual report is collated, reviewed, and accepted by the full board of directors. The human resourse commitee then meets with the ceo, who had conducted a self-evaluation, and is also elavulated on five categories. The comittee meets independently of the ceo and determines compensation based upon the evaluations and review the local, regional, and national ceo's compensations, and reports with recommendations to the full board of directors. This process was undertaken in 2024. For the associate chief executive officer, perseus house researched local, regional, and national salaries for the ceo. His salary is then determined based upon this information and approved by the board of directors during the annual process of the budget presentation and approved. This process was last undertaken in 2024.
