Horizons unlimited of san francisco, inc. (horizons), established in 1965, is a community based organization located in the mission district, and offers substance abuse prevention, treatments, employment and mental health, and gender specific services, for at risk latino and other youth of color, ages 12 to 26, residing in the city and county of san francisco.horizon's treatment programs provide a wide range of substance use and mental health outpatient service and include the following programs: specifically our drug medi-cal certified, youth substance use disorder (sud) outpatient program, sud pre-enrollment, roadmap to peace, log cabin ranch, bay area community resource reset justice collaborative, and emic behavioral health services. Our substance use programs provide screening, intake and assessment; individual, group and family counseling; (intensive) case management; crisis intervention, court advocacy; and collateral services to youth ages 12-25 in a variety of setting include
