“River watch program - is a volunteer water quality, monitoring program for narrow river that was begun in 1991. Program monitors levels of bacterial coliform, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and chlorophyll concentrations and publishes 30 years of data reporting data on narrowriver.org/riverwatch”

“Educational program, what lives on the river/art on the river- a program from june to september, nrpa coordinates and hosts several 1/2 day outdoor educational and recreational events designed to engage children and youth and their families hands on experience learning about wildlife and ecology of the narrow river.”
