Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The Corporation qualifies as a tax-exempt organization, other than a private foundation, under Code section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and therefore, has no provision for federal income taxes. The Corporation files required tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction and various states. With few exceptions, the Corporation is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state and local tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2022. The Corporation has concluded no material uncertain tax positions have been taken on any open tax returns. For the current year the Corporation believes all tax positions are fully supportable by existing Federal law and related interpretations and there are no uncertain tax positions to consider.
