FORM 990, PART III, LINE 4A:

2024 accomplishment update: the center has developed a comprehensive strategic master plan focused on the long-term sustainability and growth of our housing services. Key objectives of the plan include: 1. Continuing to provide safe, affordable housing for low-income seniors on-site; 2. During the year, the organization advanced its comprehensive strategic master plan by hiring an executive director to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Rbj hired a core team: an executive director, a licensed social worker serving as resident services manager, and a director of community engagement, nutrition and wellness manager. Strategic priorities include maintaining safe and affordable senior housing, upgrading amentities to improve resident well-being, expanding affordable housing options in central texas, pursuing mixed-use developments consistent with neighborhood plans, and stewarding land resources responsibly to sustain community impact. 3. Expanding the availability of affordable housing for elderly individuals in central texas; 4. Adding additional mixed-use developments in alignment with the neighborhood's long-term vision; and 5. Serving as responsible stewards of the center's land, ensuring long-term viability and positive community impact. Agc is the sole owner of the entities which serves as the managing member of the two entities (agc rbj, llc and agc rbj, ii llc) which owns the ladybird and the rebekah, respectively. Each of these project owners is a texas limited liability company funded by tax credit investors. Agc rbj llc operates as the ladybird and agc rbj ii llc will operate as the rebekah upon the completion of renovations in 2025.

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 8:

During the current fiscal year, the organization recorded a prior period adjustment in the amount of $1,012,640. This adjustment was necessary due to developer fee income that was not recognized on the prior year's financial statements. As a result, the organization has reflected the adjustment in the current year's financial statements to ensure accurate and complete reporting. This adjustment is reported in part xi, line 8.
